At the moment, Transdev Voordeel only works in Gooi and Vechtstreek. As soon as this discount also works in other Transdev regions, we will of course let our travelers know.

No, Transdev Voordeel can only be activated in the Transdev app, the app for the region Gooi and Vecht. You can see in the OVpay app that you are traveling with Transdev Voordeel.

No, that is not necessary. You can also use your login details from your personal Connexxion account to log into the Transdev app or on the Transdev website.

1. Download the Transdev app. Search for 'Transdev NL' in the Playstore (Apple) or Google Play Store (Android). You can also activate Transdev Voordeel in your account via the website (mijn.transdev.nl).
2. Do you already have a personal Transdev or Connexxion account? Then you can log into the Transdev app or via the website (mijn.transdev.nl) using those details. If you do not yet have a personal Transdev account, you can create one now very easily in the Transdev app or on the website (mijn.transdev.nl).
3. Now link in your personal Transdev or Connexxion account the NLOV reference of your OVpay trip to your own Transdev (/Connexxion) account. You will find this NLOV reference on your bank statement the day after your travelled with OVpay.
4. Activate Transdev Voordeel and start building up discount.
PLEASE NOTE: Transdev Voordeel only works if you travel with your (mobile) debit card (bank card or credit card). Remember to always travel with the same debit or mobile card. -
No, your first trip is not included. Transdev Voordeel is activated after this trip, so unfortunately it doesn’t count.

No, Transdev Voordeel is a product for the debit card (OVpay) and not available for the OV-chipcard.

You can see the price of your bus rides in your Transdev account in the Transdev app or on mijn.transdev.nl. If you are entitled to a discount, the discount is factored directly into the amount.

It is important that you always check in and out with the same debit card. Your mobile debit card (on your cell phone) and your "regular" debit card are counted as two different means of payment (called "tokens"). Even if they are linked to the same bank account. So, always use the same means of payment to check in and out and build up your maximum discount!

With Transdev Voordeel, the end date is the same as the expiry date of your debit card. This is because your Transdev Voordeel is linked to your unique debit card (digital or physical). When it expires, you need to re-link the new debit card to use Transdev Voordeel.

The travel month is the travel period in which your trips add up and in which you therefore get a discount from €20 trips on the rest of your trips that travel month. The next travel month you start again.
Your travel month starts on the day you activate Transdev Voordeel. That can be today or a day in the future (up to 30 days in advance). Suppose you turn on Transdev Advantage on December 31, then your next travel month starts on January 31. If a month does not have such a day, the next travel month starts on the last day of the month. For example, February 28, April 30, etc. -
- More beneficial: with Transdev Voordeel you get your discount sooner. You also don’t have to buy an OV-chipcard for € 7,50, since you check in and out with your debit card card.
- Payment: your fare with Transdev Voordeel is automatically debited from your payment account on the day itself or the day after and you do not have to make an advance payment. With Gooi and Vechtstreek Voordeel, you had to make a deposit and received an invoice to pay afterwards.
- Checking in and out: with Gooi en Vechtstreek Voordeel you checked in with your OV-chipcard. With Transdev Voordeel you check in and out with your debit card, credit card or mobile.
